Paul Weersink

Paul Weersink (1967) is your contact for Heat Recovery and Industrial Utility Plants projects. His combined knowledge on equipment design and plant operation enables a quick way forward on green field projects and improvement of existing installations.

He graduated on Chemical Technology from the Technical High School of Hengelo. He also followed a Process Engineering education at the Technical University of Twente. During his professional career he has specialized in chemical and physical behaviour of water and steam in power plants.

• He started his professional career in 1991 at Stork Boilers, where he worked in the engineering department. During this period he was responsible for the boiler and balance of plant design of large power plant projects.
• In 1998 he started working as Engineering Manager at Elementis Specialties, a chemical company supplying additives for architectural and industrial coatings, personal care and oilfield drilling.
• He re-joined Stork Boilers, renamed Stork Thermeq, in 2005. During this period he was team leader for the design of custom made boilers. He was the technical leader from proposal phase, to engineering, to commissioning of the delivered boilers.
